Daylight savings is just around the corner. As someone who is deeply affected by the weather it is super important to be mindful of the effects that can come from this change. So, here’s some tips for those like me who struggle with the winter blues:

  • wake up earlier
  • take your vitamin D
  • drink more soups
  • eat more root vegetables
  • drink lots of water
  • more journaling
  • more exercise
  • find a hobby you’re passionate about
